Delete Account

Request deletion of your CRLO sign-in account and the content CRLO stores for you.

How to request complete deletion

Email us from the address linked to your CRLO account. Use the subject “CRLO account deletion request” and include the account email address in the message. We will verify the request before deleting data.

The current in-app delete action removes the Clerk sign-in profile but does not confirm removal of every CRLO record. Use the email process above for a complete request.

What the request covers

  • Your CRLO authentication profile
  • Garages you own, including vehicles, records, documents, photos, and attachments
  • Your memberships in garages owned by other people
  • Activity entries, push tokens, and CRLO plan records tied to your account
  • CRLO-linked identifiers held by our service providers where deletion is available

Before you request deletion

Export any garage history you want to keep. Deletion is not reversible after active records are removed.

Garages you own contain shared content. Deleting an owned garage removes access for its collaborators. CRLO does not currently support transferring garage ownership.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other processors may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, security, or backup records when required by law or their retention schedules.
